WINTER WINES 🍷CSONS x GlouGlou - Small Plates & Wine Night
As part of our winter wine nights to end the year this November, we’re teaming up with our friends and suppliers GlouGlou for a night of New Zealand & Australian small plates and perfectly paired wines.
Enjoy 5 courses, each beautifully matched by the brilliant GlouGlou team.
Here's what's on the menu:
Course 1:
Cornish Calamari, Aioli, Green Apple Salad
WINE - Fizz: Delinquente, Weeping Juan, Pet Nat, Riverland, Australia
Course 2:
Massaman, Potato Terrine, Nam Jim Emulsion, Pickled Shallot
WINE - White: Te Whare Ra, Toru, Awatere, New Zealand
Course 3:
Beetroot and Squash Salad, Goats Curd, Pumpkin Seeds
WINE - Orange: Jumping Juice, Orange Orange, Victoria, Australia
Course 4:
FOOD - Lamb Pie, Celeriac Puree, Gravy, Red Cabbage Ketchup
WINE - Red: Mount Edward, Ted Pinot Noir, Central Otago, New Zealand
Course 5:
FOOD - Pavlova, Apple, Seasonal Fruit
WINE - Sweet: Stella Bella, Pink Muscat, Margaret River, Western Australia
Robin from GlouGlou will be there on the night to talk you through each pairing and you’ll be able to buy bottles of your favourites to take home!
