Our Eatalian chefs, led by Executive Chef Alberto Bertoncin, have crafted a decadent multi-course tasting menu inspired by Italy's rich gastronomic heritage, where every dish is elevated by fresh Urbani white truffles shaved tableside right before your eyes.
