You will be treated to an immersive talk by licensed acupuncturist Milana Shaikh about ways to nourish your body using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Bedlam Book Cafe will be serving you a Black Sesame Latte and Date & Walnut Raw Bites inspired by TCM, both of which have excellent properties for supporting the body at this time of year. And we'll conclude the evening with a take home acupuncture micro treatment. Join us for a heart and health centered workshop!
