Winter Wellness with the McDonough Walking Club

The McDonough Walking Club invites you to our monthly Weekend Wellness Health initiative, supported by The City of McDonough and the District 4 Department of Public Health. We aim to promote physical activity for McDonough citizens regardless of their fitness level.

This month's walk will be hosted by The J. Holman House, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting those impacted by suicide. They provide emotional support, resilience training, and emotional intelligence resources to help our community heal and rebuild after loss
