Cozy up to hygge! Let's embrace the Danish and Norwegian idea of hygge (pronounced hyoo-ga) this winter! Hygge is all about embracing coziness, contentment, and well-being through simple pleasures, good company, and a warm atmosphere.On February 21, we'll be offering workshops and classes all day to help you embrace cozy self-care activities that support your well-being.

Here's our schedule for the day:
9:00-10:30 am: Stretch & Relax Yoga with Amy
10:45 am-12:00 pm: Cozy Up with Yourself Journaling Workshop
12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch break with Cozy and Nourishing Food
1:00-3:00 pm: Hygge Make and Take (Create 3 crafts to take home!)
3:00-4:00 pm: Book & Puzzle Exchange (FREE)
Our Wellness Weekends are an absolute favorite around here! You'll lose track of time as you move slowly from activity to activity without a care in the world. Plus, you'll love the variety of workshops and experiences all in one day! But perhaps the top feedback we get is that you LOVE being with others who are like-minded.
