Winter Wellness Restorative Yoga Pop-Up!Join Nicole on the first & third Saturdays of February and March for a special restorative yoga pop-up. Winter is for rest, so let’s slow down, soften, and give the body and nervous system the care they crave.
What to expect:
90 minutes of gentle movement & fully supported restorative poses using props including, bolsters, blocks & straps.

Rates:
$30 per class
$100 for all 4 dates
