We’ll move through a carefully guided arc — arriving in the body, learning one or two practical tools, and finishing with a deep sound journey so your system can integrate.

Will introduce "non-violent communication" that has been revolutionary in millions of personal and societal relationships, including my own.
Derek
Will introduce us to some breath work practices he has used daily for years to stay grounded and aligned in his body and mind.
Samuel
Will present facts, philosophy and practical tools about the power of sound + bio-energy. You will learn how to harness it for our own empowerment and how it can be used for nervous system wellness.
___What do I need?___
All you need is an open mind, and maybe a notebook for the presentations. For the sound journey, just bring an eye-mask and a blanket if you like.
