Winter Wellness: Herbal Mutual Aid @ GAS

When: 3pm-7pm, Sunday 8th December

Where: Unit 9, Hollybrook Place

Cost: Free or pay-what-you-can (Bus fare available for those in need)

This event is dedicated to offering free herbal remedies and wellness support to those in need, especially people in the asylum system, refugees, migrants with no recourse to public funds, and anyone living in poverty or struggling with the cost of living crisis.

- Pick up herbal remedies to support winter health wellness

- Relaxing massages

- Winter craft activities for kids

- Interactive Taiko drumming

- Hearty community meal

All activities and remedies are free, but donations from those who can afford to contribute are warmly welcomed. Your support allows us to continue helping marginalised communities connect with herbs, movement, and nature.
