Lead by experienced facilitator Alison McWhinnie along with Wellness Advocate, Helen Wray, your day at The Smokery combines gentle guided practices and a hands-on essential oils experience.
You’ll move slowly through mindful healing exercises, create a bespoke essential-oil roller and seasonal bath salts, discover simple natural remedies to support immunity and digestion, and finish with a guided healing meditation to reset ahead of the festive season.
Teas and cake provided; please bring a packed lunch, yoga mat and a snuggly blanket.
