Winter, Waves & Wellness Staff Gathering

Event Description:

Enjoy the calm sound of the waves while receiving intentional guidance in mindfulness activities. Join us at Camp Surf for an opportunity to promote your wellbeing and practice self-care techniques to add to your wellness tool belt. We will hold space for 4 rotating activities: a relaxing sound bath; reflective journaling; collective art experience; and breathwork that connects your mind, body and spirit. We will end our time together with a gratitude circle. Food and drinks will be available. We hope to see you there!

What to Expect:

• Come when you can between 4:00pm-7:00pm
• All activities will be facilitated and approximately 30-45 minutes in length.
• You will be able to choose which activities you would like to participate in, you can choose 1 or all 4!
• Food and drinks will be available from 4:30pm-6:30pm
• Come as you are, dressed in what makes you feel most comfortable.
• Leave with small reminders to encourage you to do these activities ongoing and make wellness an important component of your lifestyle.
