Our fourth strongman event!
This event is designed for people who want to try a strongman event & want to compete in one of the following categories -

We are beyond excited to have a fun day .
Winners will get a trophy 🏆 along with 2nd & 3rd place medals.
All athletes will get T-shirts with event logo. Once paid please state Category and size of T- shirts . Sizes S,M,L,XL and beyond

Closing Date to enter the competition Sunday 31st August 2025. Non refundable once entered.
When you arrive please sign in so we know you are here. Please arrive before 8.30am to warm up. We aim to start the event as close to 9.30am as possible.
Parking
* Parking anywhere in the parking lot is acceptable as long as you are not parking in front of the white bags , are next door neighbour or any roll up doors.
Spectator Fees
* No spectator fee!
Toilets
* There are 2 Toliets, one inside of the gym that will be reserved for volunteers and competitors.
* I ask that spectators use one of the port-a-potties that will be on site; competitors have time constraints and I wouldn't them missing a lift because they had to wait to use a Toliet.

Event 1

* Dumbbell
* Yoke
* Allowed to push press.
* Wait for the down command
* leg drive allowed
* Grip shirt, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, belt and knee sleeves are the only supportive equipment permitted.
* Fastest time wins
Womens - 30kg, 36kg, 20kg, 40kg
First timers (mens) - 50kg, 60kg, 35kg, 60kg
Mens novice - 70kg, 80kg, 45kg, 80kg
Men intermediate - 90kg, 100kg, 55kg, 100kg
Event 2
Snowling stones max hold for time
Max time wins
No straps or tacky
Mind over mattter
Womens - 138kg
First timers (mens) - 138kg
Mens novice - 157kg
Mens intermediate - 295kg (two stones)
If you manage to lift both Snowling stones (295kg) in a straddle or side by side stance and lock out then you will be added onto the successful Snowling stones lifters list and qualify for the Snowling stones games in 2026.
Event 3
Carry event
Farmers carry 20 metres
Then sandbag carry 20 metres
40 metres
Fastest time wins
Womens - 50kg in each hand, 50kg sandbag
First timers (men) - 75kg in each hand, 75kg sandbag
Mens novice - 100kg in each hand, 100kg sandbag
Mens intermediate - 120kg in each hand, 120kg sandbag
Event 4
Hackenschmidt floor press
90 seconds time limit, the most reps wins.
You will get a press and down command between each rep, you must wait for the press command between each rep.
Womens - 40kg
First timers (mens) - 70kg
Mens novice - 85kg
Mens intermediate - 100kg
Event 5
Axle bar deadlift
Maximum reps wins, 60 seconds time limit.
Straps Allowed
No Suits
Athlete will be given the start command for the first rep and then a down command after each rep.
Max reps wins
Womens - 80kg
First timers (mens) - 170kg
Mens novice - 200kg
Mens intermediate - 220kg
