• 10:00 AM — COMFORTING TEA, SNACKS, & COMMUNITY
• 11:00 AM — “MIND BODY SPIRIT” TRIVIA (PLAY TO LEARN + WIN SELF CARE TREATS)
• 12:00 PM — TENSION MELTING GUA SHA (A soothing facial technique to release stress, boost circulation, and restore your winter glow.)
• 1:00 PM — SOOTHING SOUND BATH (A grounding, calming sound meditation to settle your nervous system and invite clarity for the final month of the year.)

*Each event is a mini session of about 20 minutes & in between you can relax in the good vibes of like minded friends!

Whether you’re new to Bloom or part of our long-time circle, this gathering is an invitation to slow down, receive, and honor yourself during December — a season when we often pour out more than we pour in.

Come as you are — leave rested, renewed, and more aligned as you step into the final stretch of the year.
