After a successful sound bath residency at Victoria Baths over the spring and summer seasons, Life Is Sound is thrilled to bring our sell-out sound baths to a new venue for the winter season — the beautifully restored Stretford Public Hall. With its central heating, this cosy space provides the perfect sanctuary for relaxation during the colder months.

The Life Is Sound Experience
Guided by James, this 90-minute session will feature an immersive soundscape using crystal bowls, handpans, drums, and chimes. James has sourced this location due to the room’s acoustics to create a truly restorative experience. Whether you’re new to sound baths or have attended before, this session will help you release stress, rejuvenate your body, and find a deep sense of inner calm.

About Stretford Public Hall
Built in 1878 by philanthropist John Rylands, Stretford Public Hall has been a beloved landmark for over a century. Recently restored, it blends its rich history with modern community events, making it an ideal setting for an immersive sound bath. The hall’s acoustics have been carefully tested by James, founder of Life Is Sound, who is excited to bring the Life Is Sound Relaxation Society to this stunning venue for the first time this winter.
