This intimate gathering blends guided intention setting, mindful movement, and restorative sound healing to help you release the old, align your energy, and step into a new season with clarity and purpose.

Expect grounding breathwork, gentle movement to awaken the body, and a powerful sound bath designed to reset your nervous system and deepen your connection to self. Come cozy, come open-hearted, and leave renewed.
