Winter Songs at the Dragon Stones with the Rock Choir

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the City. Enjoy an uplifting performance by the UK’s favourite contemporary choir. Rock Choir members from across North Yorkshire will be performing a selection of fun, upbeat songs from the Rock Choir repertoire, including some lively winter favourites for you to sing along with at the Dragon Stones.

Location & Timings

St Nicks Environment Centre will be open from 5pm until 5.45pm where you can buy a hot drink, including mulled apple juice and homemade cakes before the performance starts. Toilet facilities will also be available at the centre.

The Dragon stones are reached along a hard standing path from the environment centre, there is a short section of bare soil path to get into the dragon stone circle. The Choir performance will start at 6.00pm and run until approximately 7.00pm. There will also be fire pits available for marshmallow toasting and keeping warm during the performance.

Do wrap up warm!

Please bring: travel mug (if you wish to take your hot drink outside) and a torch and note that in the event of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.

We encourage all our visitors to come by foot, bicycle or bus whenever possible. There is limited parking available in front of the Environment Centre if needed.
