At this time of the year where the sunshine is the shortest and night’s darkness is the longest, let us rest into stillness for a soothing sound bath experience in the soft glow of candlelight. I, Jessica Sage, will guide you into the experience with a Winter Solstice Guided meditation. From there, the sounds of crystal singing bowels, bells, chimes, and other instruments, including my voice, will wash over you ~ washing heaviness away and brining more light into the whole being.
This one hour experience is a whole-being reset.
After enjoying this hour of rest and healing, you will arise anew.
