How might we create the retreat of our dreams, so that all ofour Sangha can experience the nourishing power of collective practice?
The daylong retreat, our fourth of the year, is open to all ages (parents must accompany children under 18) and is an excellent way to deepen practice as individuals and within the context of Sangha. This retreat is provided for the community to accommodate busy family lives. Whether you have been meditating for years or weeks, we hope you will join us as we take a deeper dive into the practice together.
Winter Solstice Youth and Family Retreat Schedule:
9:00 - Welcome
9:15 - Interplay for all ages together
10:00 - Many Pathways
Adult meditation and mindfulness with Victor
Sacred arts and crafts
Hygge and other cozy mindfulness
Earth connected practices
12:00 - Family meal
1:00 - Family rituals for winter sacred celebrations
Reflection activities: Vision boards, journaling, mandalas
2:20 - Closing Peace circle
3:00 - Farewell and Clean up
What should you bring:
your favorite snacks to share
an entree or hearty side dish
water bottle
comfy clothes for playing, dancing, sitting
journal or sketchbook
yoga mat, blanket, cushion, pillows
