Get ready to stretch, sip, and slow down with Guest Instructor Jenny Roberts at our yoga + cacao event honoring the Winter Solstice, the longest night and a powerful turning point of the year.~ Make sure to come to Meta Yoga's OCEAN CITY LOCATION ~
Though we’ll gather during the day, this special Winter Solstice Vinyasa Flow is designed to be a ritual to welcome the stillness of the night and the turning point toward brighter days ahead.

The Winter Solstice invites us to pause, reflect, and embrace the stillness before the light begins its slow return. During this special event, we’ll set intentions, release what no longer serves us, and create space for fresh energy and opportunities in the year ahead.
🌌 What to Expect:
• Sacred Cacao Ceremony: Sip warm cacao to open your heart and connect to the nurturing energy of the season.
• Journaling & Circle Share: Reflect on what you’re ready to let go of and the intentions you wish to plant for brighter days ahead.
• Winter Solstice-Inspired Yoga Flow: This all-levels practice will incorporate grounding postures, heart openers, and mindful movements to honor the inward energy of the solstice. There will be some moments of flowing to the music & light rhythmic yoga-dance to move energy. Think of it as a celebration of rest, renewal, and alignment with the natural rhythms of the earth.
💫 After our festive flow, we’ll toast to the season with cacao and connect in community through journaling and sharing in a warm, supportive circle.
✨ Festive WHITE attire is 𝒉𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒍𝒚 encouraged to embody the light and purity of new beginnings! 🎄
