Emrys and Julie your hosts, warmly invite you to join them for a Winter Solstice Retreat Day at West Lexham, Norfolk. A day of calm just for you, as the year comes to a close and the nights pull in, darker days arrive, give yourself time to relax and reset in the nature inspired setting of West Lexham. Weather dependent swimming in the lake at lunchtime, warming up beside the wood burner heated Orangery under the twinkly lights, with Yoga, Drumming and Gongs When – Thursday 19th December 2024 10-4pm.
