Winter solstice yoga and meditation workshop

My winter solstice yoga workshop is the perfect way to honour the shortest day of the year and welcome the return of the light. This workshop will create a space for reflection, intention-setting, and deep inner connection.

I’ll guide you through warming and energising sequences, we’ll watch the sunset and conclude with a visualisation practice to imagine the return of the sun and envision the growth of your intentions.

Join us Saturday 21st December 3- 5pm at the Float Spa. All levels are welcome to join this transformative experience. Investment £30. Stay on a little longer after the workshop as I offer tea and snacks.
