Let's come together on the longest night of the year to indulge in some self-care in the midst of end-of-the-year festivities. This session will also prepare your body and mind for the colder months ahead.Ayperi will lead an hour and 15 minute long yin yoga class on Wednesday, December 21, at 6:30 PM. Yin yoga is all about focusing on you and your breath. We hold passive postures for 2-5 minutes, using props to hold us up. Gravity does all the work. You just need to show up. No experience necessary.

What to wear: layers of comfy clothes you can move in
What to bring: yoga mat and water bottle; props like blankets, blocks, and straps will be provided
