I am so pleased to announce that I will be teaching a winter solstice yin yoga session at Lionheart Yoga & Fitness, LLC Sunday, December 21 at 5pm. I am such a firm believer that in winter we should honor the season and allow everything to slow down, just as the earth is doing around us. What a better way to honor the world around us on the shortest day of the year with a quiet, reflective practice.
$15 drop-in fee. You can register at lionheartyogafitness.com or in-studio before class.
