For 6 months the days have been getting shorter as the darkness grew. On the Winter Solstice, the light returns! From here the days will continue to grow longer, brighter, and warmer until the sun is strong enough to return life to everything in nature. During the Winter Solstice we celebrate this tiny new light.
Let’s celebrate together with a nourishing Yin and Restorative yoga practice designed to spark the light within. This workshop includes contemplative practices, guided inquiry, and journal prompts as we explore our deepest desires. What lights you up!?
