Come join in divine sisterhood as we come together to immerse in spirit while honoring the great turning of the wheel. A small and intimate weekend retreat experience at the WAKE retreat center nestled in the Pikes Peak range just outside of Palmer Lake. This weekend is being created for five sacred souls that feel called and divinely aligned to uncover their deep inner purpose, ability to self-heal & the magnetic power of linking together for a journey of stepping into our authentic power and igniting the catalyst of growth and movement in our lives!

This weekend experience runs Friday afternoon December 16th at 4:00pm through Sunday December 18th at noon & includes the following offerings and experiences to immerse in the energies of the incoming winter solstice & the transformative last new moon of 2022 in Capricorn to cocreate for 2023

· Daily guided and personal meditation times with chakra and medicine bowl sound baths to establish new daily rhythms in the mornings & evenings, spirituality teachings, circle sharing and uncovering inner wisdom within with time for deep integration to end each of our days together

· Forest bathing and earthing, sacred body movement and group ceremonies to further connect to source light, the earth and the elements

· Individual and group activities to foster greater depths of our understanding of self, cultivate and nurture a sense of self-compassion, emotion regulation, collective empathy and interconnectedness

· Candlelit sisterhood song, dance and drumming circles with cacao living prayer circle to ground and center in the evening ceremonies

· Energy work & group Reiki healing sessions to facilitate and open channels of inner and outer connectedness with spirit within & without

Meals & dietary information

This weekend experience also includes all meals, snacks & beverages. Organic, locally sourced meals that are prepared family style in the evenings and tailored as to go kits for breakfast and lunch times are planned to further maximize our time to connect, heal and be one as an intimate community throughout the weekend.

Friday & Saturday evening we plan to prepare our meal together as a collective, and we will be serving organic vegan curry lentils and rice & a nutty garden salad the first evening to detoxify, and organic quinoa and vegan vegetable stew with root vegetables, harvest grain bread & beet, pecan goat cheese salad for Saturday’s dinner. Breakfast for Saturday includes vegan or non-vegan protein smoothies, granola & yogurt, overnight oats & fresh fruit.

Sunday morning, we host a formal brunch with sacred circle teatime and a reflective activity to celebrate the incoming winter solstice and reflect on the weekend as a sisterhood.

Herbal tea, coffee, coconut water, sparkling waters and other forms of hydration are also provided in the kitchen throughout the weekend for all guests. Snacks and à la carte items are also readily available and are served family style in the kitchen at all times, and there are always spaces available for those that have extreme allergies or they need to prepare their own meals. All meals can be tailored to fit vegan, gluten-free, or vegetarian requirements, so please indicate any specifics that you would prefer when placing your reservation.
