From ancient times, winter solstice has been recognized and celebrated as one of the most revered times of the year.
In this event, you will experience personally its magic through a skillful practice of spiritual music.
What it could be like to connect with the power of uplifting frequencies here now?

There will be a variety of musical instuments involved such as Pythagorean tones generator, singing bowls, shruti box, guitar, etc. The mantras will be simple so everyone can follow, yet powerful so everyone can feel their resonances.

TIME/DURATION: 11am to 1pm, please try to arrive 15 minutes early if you can!
✨ MEETING PLACE: 7835 rue des Érables, this is a community center inside Nicolas-Tillemont park (le chalet du parc).
The closest metro station is D'Iberville; if you drive, it should be relatively easy to find a parking space around the park.
PRICE: FREE (donations are optional)
LANGUAGE: English or Bilingual, as necessary.
WHAT TO BRING: a Yoga mat, a pillow, a cushion, to be comfortable, but we will have some Yoga mats too. Invite your spiritually hearted friends!
MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS: if you play an instrument, please feel free to bring it with you!

THE MANTRAS: in Sanskrit. There are many great recitations in other languages indeed! If there is something precious that you wish to share, please let us know!
