Winter Solstice Vibrational Sound Meditation

A Winter Solstice Sound Bath is a unique and immersive experience that combines the ancient practice of sound healing with the symbolism and energy of the Winter Solstice. It has been celebrated for centuries as a time of transition, renewal, and a return of light.

You will be guided through a relaxing meditation using a combination of crystal and brass bowls, gongs, drums, and various other meditative instruments to relax the mind and body.

Sound baths create a meditative and therapeutic atmosphere through sound vibrations. The vibrations promote relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of well-being. The sounds and the vibrations will fill the room and your body.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket and a bottle of water. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

Please arrive a few minutes early so you can stand in our big bowl and get settled in. Doors will lock at 11:00.

The studio is behind the house and down the driveway.
