Winter Solstice Soundbath & Integration Circle

Welcome to the Winter Solstice Soundbath!

Come join us for a magical evening under the stars as we celebrate the powerful energy of The Winter Solstice. This event will occur on Sunday, December 21st at 5:00 PM at the Historic Irving Building Room 112.

Prepare to relax and rejuvenate as you immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound healing. Let go of stress and tension as the soothing sounds wash over you, bringing balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.

This sound bath will be followed by an optional integration circle where we come together and share our experiences, reflections, and emotions arising from the sound bath in a supportive, circular format, allowing for deeper processing and integration of the healing vibrations received during the sound bath experience.

What to Bring:
Yoga mats, blankets, and small pillows will be provided. You’re welcome to bring any additional comforts (a favorite blanket, eye mask, or cushion) to create your own cozy cocoon.

Space is limited for this intimate gathering. Please reserve your spot in advance, and kindly cancel if your plans change, as there is often a waitlist.

In the spirit of dāna (generosity)—a core teaching of the Buddha—this event is offered without a set fee.
No one is turned away for financial reasons.

Info: Bring your favorite yoga mat, pillows and blanket to come settle-into your spot! Extra yoga mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided if you don't have one. Adaptogenic Drinks will be sold by Beetle Bodega for you to enjoy. So be sure to bring cash!

Info: Your Sound Healing will start with a brief introduction of what sound healing is, how it will affect you and what to expect during the session.

Info: Lay back and soak-in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and more. Allow your body, mind, and soul to transcend into bliss!

Info: You will be carefully brought back into your body and will be guided through after care recommendations before heading home for a relaxing evening if you are not staying for the Integration Circle.
