Winter Solstice Sound Healing

The light of the Sun begins a new solar cycle at Winter Solstice. The rays shine into the dark, and nurture the newborn life there to be cultivated. This is mirrored in nature and the nature of life all around us, as the seeds are buried in the darkness of the Earth they emerge once again with the life-giving rays of the Sun.

With this being the longest night of the year, this is the opportunity to set intentions so that springs sunshine may heat our seeds of intention and bring growth to our visions of the future.

This is the time to sit in, witness your dreams in full clarity and detail while you listen to the soothing sounds of crystals bowls, gong and flute to welcome in powerful emotions to embrace your visions and cultivate mind and heart coherence.

Let’s gather for the Winter Solstice to create ripples of energy to benefit ourselves and the world around us.

In the yoga room

Bring what ever you need to make yourself comfortable to sit/lay on the ground for an hour. A yoga mat/blanket, pillow, crystals and comfortable clothing. If you decide last minute to join us, we do have some extra yoga mats, blankets and pillows for you to use.

Please show up on time (6:30p) to get settled into a spot of your choosing so we can begin promptly at 7:00
