As we embrace the longest night of the year, let’s take a moment to pause and reflect on the past year. During this sound bath the ambiance is softly illuminated, by candlelight bringing in the light. This sound bath begins with gentle, resonate tones of crystal singing bowls, creating a harmonious cocoon that envelops you. These carefully curated sounds align with the bodies, energy centers, promoting balance, and serenity. As the melodies swirl around you, they encourage a deep, meditative state, allowing you to open up your heart to new beginnings.
Through out the experience, calming chimes, gongs and other healing instruments will be played. This harmonious landscape is designed to help you connect with your inner self and foster a profound sense of unity and peace.
As the session draws to a close, guests are invited to share their reflections or simply enjoy a moment of stillness and time for journaling.
