Winter Solstice Sound Bath Meditation

Join Mary Frances Spencer on WINTER SOLSTICE, the first day of Winter! Bringing us the shortest day and the longest night! We will have a short meditation, setting our intentions to go within, into stillness and contemplate the gradual return of the light! What seeds are we germinating to grow our creativity, abundance, happiness and well-being? We then will relax in our cozy blanket nest, and enjoy an hour Sound Bath of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls. Other Sound Instruments may chime in as well!!!

Bring paper and pen for your intentions, and a Yoga mat/blanket/pillow to lie down on for the Tonal Concert.

Enjoy the vibration of harmonic frequencies that will soothe the soul and release stress and tension

from our bodies. Masks required and quiet-children 8 and up welcome.
