Join us for a peaceful experience celebrating the Winter Solstice! Participants will be immersed in soothing, harmonic sounds produced by crystal bowls and chimes. The vibrations and frequencies create a deeply relaxing environment, promoting mental clarity, stress relief, and emotional healing. This is the perfect time to connect with the energy of the longest night of the year, as we discuss how to harness the unique power of the Winter Solstice. Feel free to bring a yoga mat to lay on or sit in one of our chairs.
