Winter Solstice Sound Bath + Meditation Circle

Join me on the first day of winter for an evening of gentle mindfulness, recalibration, and intention.

This is the last Crystal Nutrition event of the year, and while we will be honouring the winter season, we will also be reflecting on the lessons of 2024.

Holistic refreshments such as granola, dark chocolate, chaga mushroom hot chocolate, and other nourishing snacks will be served.

The circle will conclude with a reiki sound bath featuring singing bowls, tuning forks, and energy healing.

*Please note that this location is not wheelchair accessible. It is on the second floor of an older building, and a staircase is the only way to access the studio.
