Winter Solstice is a time to reflect…Look back at some of the situations that have been challenging and imagine how you might do them differently, how you can transform them next time.We will begin with drumming and playing a crystal pyramid to clear and set intentions.
Crystal singing bowls playing while Reiki is given individually and collectively to each participant. Then Alchemy Singing Bowls for sealing in all the has been released and received.
Finally finishing with a fire ceremony outside to release all that has served its purpose.
Please bring whatever makes you comfortable to lay down with or a chair to sit on.
