Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Prepare for the longest night of the year with a nourishing sound bath designed to reset your energy and welcome the winter season. This slow, grounding experience weaves together gentle meditation & breathwork, light stretching, and soothing vibrations of 432HZ Empyrean crystal bowls and other sacred instruments.

Afterward, we’ll close with a cozy communal gathering featuring fresh cheese and seasonal fruit from the farmers market, along with refreshing kombucha.
