You’ll be guided through a meditative sound journey featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and the deep, grounding resonance of the gong. The Winter Solstice is a time for stillness, intention, and quiet renewal — and this sound bath is designed to support exactly that.

Whether you’re releasing the weight of the year or simply seeking an hour of rest, this is a beautiful way to honor the season with presence and softness.
