No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are, lie down comfortably, and allow the sounds to carry you into deep rest.

Wear cozy clothing and warm socks — you’ll be lying down for about an hour. Mats and blankets will be provided for your comfort, but please bring extra warm clothes - the room is cool, so extra layers of clothes or extra blanket would really improve your experience.
