Join us for an evening of relaxation and renewal as we honor the Winter Solstice with sound and intention. This special event combines the warming comfort of ceremonial cacao with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, all set in the soft glow of candlelight.
Begin the evening with a cup of cacao, known for its heart-opening and grounding properties. Set your intentions as you sip and prepare to welcome the quiet beauty of the season.
Then, settle into your space as we take you on a guided meditation. Afterward, the room will fill with harmonious sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Let the gentle tones guide you into a state of deep rest and reflection, allowing you to embrace the stillness of winter.

Tawny Cluff is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner. She has facilitated sound baths for businesses, individuals, and at events and retreats all over Utah. She has taught and certified several sound healing practitioners who are now out in the world changing lives! Her natural healing journey has led her to receiving certification in both Herbalism and Sound Healing. She is also a Holy Fire Reiki Master, holding Holy Fire Reiki certification courses several times throughout the year. She is passionate about supporting others on their journey of personal empowerment. Her message is that everyone is divine, and they do in fact have access to all of the knowledge and gifts that give them answers and healing for their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs.
Edna Ramos is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Consultant Hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master with a passion for guiding individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing. By blending sound therapy with others energy healing modalities, she creates immersive experiences that align energy, release blockages, and promote deep relaxation. Her personalized one-on-one sessions are profoundly intimate, while her group sound baths foster harmony and connection within communities. Edna’s work extends beyond relaxation—it’s about empowerment and renewal. Whether helping clients tap into their inner strength or break free from limiting beliefs, she leverages her expertise to create a safe and nurturing space for transformation. Her mission is to inspire abundance, balance, and clarity in everyone she touches.
