Join us for a soulful Winter Solstice Sensory Immersion—an afternoon of sound, stillness, and deep restoration as we honor the longest night and the quiet turning of the year. Across cultures and centuries, the Solstice has marked a sacred pause: a moment to soften inward, release the weight we’ve carried, and welcome the slow return of light.

This experience weaves together three healing lineages

• Tommy M will guide you through a nourishing restorative yoga practice that invites your body to unwind layer by layer.
• Heather H will offer gentle reiki (hands-on or hands-off), supporting energetic clearing and nervous-system ease.
• You’ll be held in the resonant, heart-centered soundscape of gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments played by Jenn PageWise of A Unified Mind—sound designed to help you settle, receive, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

As movement, reiki, and sound blend together, they create a spacious field for release—softening old tension, dissolving stagnant energy, and opening a pathway back to clarity, intuition, and self-alignment.

To complete the afternoon, Tommy will guide you into a silent, deeply restorative yoga nidra, allowing everything you’ve received to integrate and settle.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and gently reawakened.

We will hold a shared altar for intention-setting and symbolic exchange. You’re invited to bring a small item—a stone, sprig of evergreen, written intention, or anything meaningful to you—to offer to the altar. You may also take something home that resonates, honoring the light we share with each other during the dark season.
