This yummy healing gathering will include

• light and water ceremony to release the past and nurture your prayers
• reflection to connect to your intuitive nudges
• breath work to calm and attune your nervous system
• sound journey including harp therapy, crystal sound, drum bath and more to clear and elevate your vibration and energy
• yoga nidra to cultivate rest in body and mind

For the utmost comfort and benefit from the evening, please bring: a blanket, a pillow, a yoga mat, a journal (if you like), water in a water bottle (for water ritual). Healing connections has a few yoga mats, blocks and bolsters. These will be offered on a first come first serve and please arrive early if you plan to use them.
