Immerse yourself in five blissful hours of restorative yoga, soothing meditation, mindful crafting, and meaningful ceremony alongside Wildlight’s community and teachers.

As the world outside grows quiet and still, step into our studio sanctuary filled with the comforting aromas of warming tea and the glow of shared presence. Whether you’re seeking stillness, connection, or creative inspiration, this half-day retreat invites you to slow down, turn inward, and welcome the returning light with open heart.

What to expect:

• A gentle restorative yoga practice led by Lauren to soothe the body
• Wreath-making craft
• Candle-lighting ceremony, divination, journaling, and sharing circle
• Breathwork, mantra, reiki, and meditation
• A winter harvest feast to close the evening
