Join Rachel and Alina for an evening of relaxation and healing to celebrate & welcome Winter ❄️ Our yoga practice will consist of restorative and yin postures designed to support meditation and rest. Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout the class. Reiki is a Tibetan style of energy healing in which universal love and healing energy are channeled through the practitioner to the student. Reiki is of the light; therefore, it can only be of benefit and supports physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
