Tranquility Amid the Holidays. . . Let's celebrate the Winter Solstice. Join us on the mat for a fun, gentle evening of candlelight yoga, moving through the darkness into the light.
Class is 6pm - you can use a class pass / $20 at the door.
This is the time of year we celebrate rebirth, triumph of good over evil, light over darkness. Our movement this evening will mirror this journey. Moving and breathing with the promise of the return of life and warmth.
Class is Beginners Friendly. All ages welcome.
