About the Event:

The Winter Solstice Planetary Gong Sound Bath offers a deeply restorative journey through the healing sounds of Planetary Gongs, Acutonics® crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other resonant instruments. Guided by our experienced gong master at Chiron Acutherapeutics, this session is crafted to align your mind, body, and spirit with the peaceful energies of the solstice—a time to slow down, reflect, and look inward.

Important Information:

• Limited spots available, so be sure to reserve your space in advance!
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to ensure we start on time.
• For the comfort of all attendees, latecomers will not be admitted once the session begins.
• Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided—just wear something comfy for this relaxing experience.

Pregnant Women: Attending sound baths during the first and third trimesters of pregnancy is not advisable. Please seek guidance from your healthcare provider.

Individuals with Pacemakers: Due to the potential interference with electronic devices, I do not recommend sound baths for people with pacemakers.

Individuals with Metal Plates: If you have metal implants, vibrations from the sound bath may cause discomfort.
