Join us on December 21 for a deeply restorative and heart-centered one-day retreat honoring the Winter Solstice — the shortest day and longest night of the year. This sacred turning point invites us to slow down, reflect, and plant new seeds for the light returning.

Step into this intimate gathering designed to help you release, realign, and rebirth into your highest vibration through movement, ritual, and community connection.

🌿 This Transformational Day Includes:

• Gentle Flow Yoga to open the body and awaken presence
• Cacao Sharing Circle to connect through heart-centered intention
• Nourishing organic lunch with high-frequency ingredients
• Meditation & Conscious Dance to embody joy and release
• Divine Feminine Essential Oil Ritual for release & manifestation
• Restorative Soundbath & Reiki Healing session
• Mary Magdalene Blessing Ceremony for deep renewal
• Sunset Closing Circle at Ponto Beach (weather permitting) to welcome the return of the light

Throughout the day, we’ll move between sacred practices of grounding, releasing, and activating — culminating in a beach ceremony that honors the cycles of nature and the light within us all.

The Winter Solstice marks the rebirth of the sun — a threshold between darkness and light. Spiritually, it symbolizes renewal, reflection, and the beginning of a new cycle.

No prior experience in yoga or ceremony is needed. Come as you are — leave renewed, inspired, and deeply connected.
