Join Claire for this new moon sound bath experience inside the Christmas tavern amongst the Christmas trees, around a winter solstice altar.
This workshop will begin with an opening circle inviting all of our energies into our space setting our intentions and lighting candles to symbolically welcome the sun back.
We will enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao together and Claire will invite you to listen to some folklore stories, allowing calm and tranquillity to settle in.
Following a short meditation and practicing a mudra, Claire will begin to play the musical instruments and ignite the fire inside us, allowing us to shine, to feel power, allowing us to bring our intentions to the forefront and for new beginnings to take place.
At the end of the session (weather permitting) we will gather around a fire pit, eating our festive cacao treats and reflect on our sound bath experience and maybe time for journaling.
