Yoga Movement:
Honoring the winter Solstice -
As the sun stands still on the Winter Solstice, we gather in a sacred space. Mandy and Laura guide us through gentle, intentional movements—a dance of gratitude for the turning of the cosmic wheel.
Mantra:
Mantra chanting is a beautiful practice that involves the repetition of sacred sounds, words, or phrases. These mantras hold deep spiritual significance and are believed to carry powerful vibrations that resonate with the universe, connecting the practitioner with divine energy. Laura will lead us in a few Mantra chants to deeply connect
Sound Bath Meditation:
Mandy will lead a short, guided meditation unto sound bath using crystal bowls and gongs.
