As I sat with the energy of this moment—after the holidays, during the depth of winter, and as we cross the threshold into 2026—it became clear that this experience is about more than welcoming a new year. It’s about changing the frequency we carry forward.
Many of us are arriving here tired, stretched thin, or quietly holding more than we realize. Some may feel heavy, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. This soundbath is for those moments—for the souls who need a reset, a soft landing, and a gentle return to themselves.
Sound has the ability to reach places words cannot. Through the vibrations of Ethereal Melodies, we will release what no longer serves, soothe the nervous system, and realign with a frequency of calm, clarity, and inner light—especially during this season of long nights and introspection.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, energetically drained, or simply longing for stillness and support, this evening is for you. You don’t need to “fix” anything—just arrive as you are and allow the sound to do the work.
I am truly excited and honored to hold this space and to begin the year together in a way that feels intentional, nourishing, and deeply aligned.
You will experience a guided opening and closing meditation with a singing of the bowls meditation in the middle.
Loungers, blankets, pillows and wash cloths to put over your eyes with aroma therapy and a bottled water will be provided.
Early sign ups by January 4th will be a $40 love donation. There after will be a $45 donation, so grab early and save by booking with a Zelle donation to 760.578.8828 and PLEASE add your name and email.
Space is limited and if you like soundbaths and meditations then I think you are really going to love this session I have created for the New Year.
