Winter Solstice Kundalini Festival

Winter Solstice is one of the most auspicious days of the year for meditation and alignment with the Universe! Join us in a full day celebration of Kundalini Yoga Practices and Healing Offerings hosted by Fresh Prana Yoga. Leading the event is Yogi Amandeep an Indian born master yoga teacher, scholar, mystic, professional counselor, healer, and a leading authority on philosophy and history of yoga. Several South Florida Kundalini Teachers will be sharing their offerings as well such as Chris Maanas, Chloe Rosete, Jot Simrit, Jessica, Mathias Lanni, Charla Abbott, Bianca Abbott and more. This gathering will bring us all closer to divinity and help us celebrate our connection to the cycles of the Earth!
