Submerse yourself in the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes! This sound bath is for those seeking both deep relaxation, insights and rejuvenation. Time is suspended as you enter a world of sound vibration, body sensation and present moment experience. Grounded in the present moment, great insights may be unveiled and life traumas can be released. Leave your mat transformed.
Bring your own yoga mat. (We have a few to rent if you don't have one.) We have plenty of blankets and bolsters, and eye pillows, but to be really cozy, feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket.
Dress comfortably and warm. Perhaps, wear your favorite fuzzy socks.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time to settle in and fill out our in house waiver.
Sound Bath starts promptly at 6.
