As we move closer to the darkest point of the year, it is time to gather once again and celebrate the return of the Sun. To give thanks for the darkness and the opportunity to reflect inwards and slow down. We shall be using yoga, meditation, the breath and sound to shift energy that no longer serves and make space for planting the seeds of potential that a New Year ahead brings us.
